Today's workout:
2 minutes each exercise - at least 2 rounds
1. sled push
2. battle ropes
3. obliques with Med ball
4. 40 lb barbell on shoulders - push back lunges
5. pushups
6. burpee - instead of jumping after burpee, do an upright row with kettle bell
7. lateral jump over aerobic box - burpee - jump over - burpee
8. weighted walking lunges (with 40 lb barbell on shoulders)
9. TRX hamstring curl
10. chest press with 40 lb. barbell

Equipment to set up at gym: sled, ropes, TRX, 15 lb med ball, mat, 40 lb barbell, 30 lb kettle bell, step box. Hopefully you can set everything up in the same area - if not then recover as you move to the next exercise. Burn those calories and get strong!
