Two Choices


Each month you will have the choice to do a 9 day challenge or an 18 day challenge - and some months you can participate in both because they wouldn't over lap. 
Tina's 18 Day Challenge begins November 5 and ends November 22 - right before Thanksgiving. 

Do it for the Pie 9 day challenge starts November 16 and ends November 24. 

Both challenges have #learninglowdown and #humpdaypumpday and #fresheatsFriday. The 9 day challenge will have a workout each day so you can burn some calories before Thanksgiving - therefore - do it for the pie! Also the 9 day has a contest to guess the number of calories in the piece of pie!
